Another of the Italian deli recipes.

- add 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- add 1 teaspoon oregano
- add 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- add 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- add 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- add 1/2 teaspoon salt
- add 1 lb mushrooms
- add 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- add 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Mix everything and let sit overnight.
- You may store in refrigerator, but let them warm to room temperature before eating so they don't congeal.
